Both the watches launched by Omega is flight certified by NASA for the next 100 Space Shuttle missions and for the eventual manned mission to Mars. Both the watches are also referred by different name just for their reliability and for the events they witnessed and are related to. the Speedmaster Professional is referred to as the "Moon Watch", and the Speedmaster X-33 the "Mars Watch"
